Delivery Policy

At L8Mods, we are committed to providing timely and reliable service for all customer orders.

  1. Service Type

    We offer enhancement and customization services for customer-supplied gaming consoles, as well as custom-designed physical accessories (such as GameCube jewels).
  2. Processing Time
  • For console enhancement services, typical processing time is 5–10 business days after we receive your console.
  • For custom accessory orders (such as jewels), processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipping.

    Please note: Processing time may vary depending on the specific services or customizations ordered. If an item is backordered, we will notify you, and processing may take longer. If we have not yet shipped your product or shipping kit, you may request a full refund.
  1. Shipping Method

    We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Console service orders include a shipping kit with a prepaid label for sending in your console and cover return shipping. Accessory-only orders are shipped directly after production.
  2. Delivery Areas

    We currently serve customers within the United States for all services.International shipping is available on select products (such as custom jewels), and we are working to expand international service options for other products in the near future.
  3. Shipping Confirmation

    Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once their order or service is shipped.
  4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

    L8Mods is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the carrier once items have been shipped. We recommend customers follow all provided packing instructions carefully.
