Return Policy - L8Mods

1. General Policy

At L8Mods, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

We strive to ensure every product and service we provide meets high quality standards.

Because our products involve customized services and handcrafted items, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Prebuilt Consoles: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the console arrives damaged or non-functional due to workmanship or hardware failure not caused by customer misuse.
Send-In Enhancement Services: As this service is performed on customer-supplied hardware, returns are not available after services are completed. However, if there is an issue directly related to our installation work, we will offer repair or adjustment at no additional cost.
Custom Jewels: Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of custom jewels, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are available unless the item arrives damaged.

If a return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@l8mods.com
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem.
We will work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Please contact us first before sending any items back.

We will provide you with instructions if the return is approved.

Items must be returned in original condition, securely packaged.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if items are damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Custom work (including custom shells, jewels, or modifications) cannot be refunded unless defective.
